Education
According to a study conducted by the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade, small and medium-size enterprises often suffer from a lack of specialized training. Banks consider them a risky business category, which makes it more difficult for them to access capital to carry out their business plans.
A systematic and ongoing employee training increases knowledge and skills of not only individuals, yet in particular it improves the performance and prosperity of the entire firm. Investments in skills and know-how development do not pertain to the selected group of trained staff but to the firm as a whole since only in this manner can the work of the entire team – the firm - improve.
Our training service portfolio includes open courses – i.e. the group consists of people from several firms – or “in-company” programs, which are always tailored to the specific needs and requirements of a single business.
We use the form of open courses only for specialized training, such as Internal Auditors for ISO 9001, Management Member Under ISO 9001, and other for the automotive industry(PPAP, FMEA, SPC, APQP, MSA). Only in specialized courses is it possible to eliminate the disadvantage of all open courses, that is their too general nature, which does not consider the specific conditions of every firm; this disadvantage becomes highly evident in soft skill development courses. In specialized training, emphasis is placed mainly on acquiring specialized knowledge that the participants need for their daily work.
“In-company” courses are prepared in cooperation with both internal and external specialists – experts in the given field. While respecting the specific attributes of every management level, we prepare in-company courses for top management, middle management, line staff and specialists.
Before training and development programs are launched, we recommend conducting a personnel audit or analyzing the current status in order to define objective development needs of the company´s staff.
Before training and development programs are launched, we recommend conducting a personnel audit or analyzing the current status in order to define objective development needs of the company´s staff.
The objective of personnel audit is to obtain an overall view of the requirements for staff qualification, knowledge and skills needed for a particular job. We assess the current hierarchy relationships within the company with a view to the functional content of every job position, and relate all that to the firm’s long-term goals. The audit output has the form of a final report that includes specific measures proposed that aim to improve the expert qualification and personal growth of staff and a “training catalogue”, which is a comprehensive set of training activities, the topics and methodology of which will ensure that the staff acquire the required skills and knowledge.
Our “in-company” courses, apart from conveying expert knowledge (which can be described with courses such as Balanced Scorecard, Project Management, CRM, Process Management etc.), we try as much as possible to help the participants develop their “soft” skills that every manager needs in his/her position. This helps them become more professional in the often intuitively performed day-to-day activities.
For example, we prepare the following in-company courses:
